Mizuna/Arugula Mix

Typically we just use this raw for salads, but works well any way you use spinach, sauteed, steamed, etc.  I love the peppery taste of arugula.

  1. This is a strictly raw veggie for us. Just tossed with olive oil and lemon juice! (and shaved Parmesan cheese)

    And wash these well! Green camoflauged caterpillars are a-hiding.
